Thank you to everyone who has commented and +fav'd my work since I've been away. Your support and encouragement is priceless, every last ounce of it.
Where have I been, you ask? Well, first I was just... gone. Gone in a lot of ways. Time, inspiration, interest. There was a lot to adjust to in my day to day life and even in larger themes and, hell, that can take a lot out of a person's will to create. Or it does mine. Don't get me wrong, it hasn't all been bad. But an upheaval is an upheaval is an upheaval, despite how welcomed and needed it is.
So on the last day of April of 2007, my dear friend *scarmander began to insist that I try out this world called Second Life. A game, a platform, a virtual reality. Whatever you call it. By the time March 1st rolled around, she'd convinced me with the argument "You can sell game dollars for REAL dollars!"
Money talks, right?
Anyway so thus began an entire new chapter and I found a funny little niche I never would have imagined.
Here is my new deviant account.
I never thought I'd up and banish this one. I figured if my style changed or whatever it could all go together because it's all me. Turns out this isn't really me anymore. I dunno that it was then, either. I guess I can't be sure that the other one is me. But it feels closer to the truth and I dig on that.
I never new what the hell velcrocanary meant anyway. I mean what is that? It's kinda devart's fault for not letting us change our identity ever. Seems terribly limiting but what do I know.
So I'm babbleabbleabbling and I'm gonna stop now but if anybody is interested in contacting me at any point in the future, that is where you'll find me. I will very likely NOT check this account again in the next month or so at least, considering my current track record. If you have something to say and want me to see it, your best bet is dropping a note to the other mailbox.
If you +fav my work here or watch me, thank you in advance. I had three hundred messages to work with when I signed on. I wanted to come to your page but there were so many of you. God bless you all but my poor fingers can't take it.
I need a secretary. Anyone?
